Is
there a Satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. If you buy a CD from CANtunes
that is defective,
just return it to us within 7 days from the date of your order and we'll send
you a new one.
What do
you call those dogs that don't/can't bark?

Why should I
sell my CD on CANtunes instead of places like CDbaby.comŽ or GarageBand.comŽ?
Well, first of all you should sell your CD in as
many places as you can. The reason CANtunes.com should be one of those
places is that we're TOTALLY CANADIAN. We charge in Canadian
dollars. We're a Canadian business. We drink Canadian beer. We
need those Canadian dollars to buy more Canadian beer.
Why do I
have to pay $29.95 to list my CD for sale?
That fee covers our time for scanning your CD cover, ripping the tracks and
creating 30-second samples of each song and creating your web
page. It takes us about 45 minutes to an hour. .
Will you
get my songs on iTunes?
Absolutely! Just sign up for iTunes Digital Distribution when you add your CD to CANtunes and your songs
will be available on iTunes!
Can I sell
MP3 downloads on CANtunes?
That's our first big project. We hope to be able to offer paid MP3
downloads in the very near future.
Why do you
keep $4 from each CD sale?
CANtunes is a business. Our goal is to make a profit. I personally
have a serious hair product habit to maintain.
Can I list
more than one CD for sale at a time?
Absolutely! Just login to your account after you've listed your first
CD and add a new CD.
Why not
just sell my CD on my own web site?
Go right ahead! The more places your CD is available the better chance
you'll have of increasing sales. However, CANtunes provides you with an
easy solution to get your CD for sale online...and you don't have to worry about
processing credit card payments or shipping out CD's. Plus CANtunes is
constantly working to bring new customers to the site. Customers who are
looking for great new music like yours!
